At PartyLabz, you can upgrade your event in two ways: for a single event or with a subscription. Here's how to do both:


Upgrade a Single Event:

  1. Go to your event's Dashboard.
  2. Click "Upgrade Event" in the menu.
  3. Choose a plan and any extra features.
  4. Enter a promo code if you have one.
  5. Click "Pay for the Upgrade".
  6. Pay with your credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  7. Your event is now upgraded!

Remember:

  • This is a one-time payment for one event.
  • You can upgrade to a bigger plan later by paying the difference.
  • You can buy add-ons anytime (text messages).

Get a Subscription (for multiple events):

  1. Go to the "My Events" page.
  2. Click "Subscription" in the menu.
  3. Pick how often you want to pay (monthly, every 3 months, or yearly).
  4. Choose your plan and click "Subscribe".
  5. You'll go to Stripe's website to enter your payment info.
  6. Click "Subscribe" on Stripe's page.
  7. You'll come back to our "Subscription" page.

Good to know:

  • All your future free events will automatically get the features of your chosen plan.
  • Any events you've already upgraded will keep their current plans.
