Managing your PartyLabz subscription is easy! Whether you want to make changes or cancel, just follow these simple steps. Remember, you'll need access to your email for this process.

  1. Go to the "My Events" page.
  2. Click on "Subscription" in the menu.
  3. Look for the "Go to Customer Portal" button and click it.
  4. You'll be sent to Stripe's website.
  5. Stripe will email you a one-time password. Enter it when asked.
  6. On Stripe's site, you can change or cancel your subscription.

Remember:

  • If you cancel, your current plan will continue until the end of your billing period.
  • You can't remove your credit card from Stripe. You can only update it or switch to a new card.
