Managing your PartyLabz subscription is easy! Whether you want to make changes or cancel, just follow these simple steps. Remember, you'll need access to your email for this process.
- Go to the "My Events" page.
- Click on "Subscription" in the menu.
- Look for the "Go to Customer Portal" button and click it.
- You'll be sent to Stripe's website.
- Stripe will email you a one-time password. Enter it when asked.
- On Stripe's site, you can change or cancel your subscription.
Remember:
- If you cancel, your current plan will continue until the end of your billing period.
- You can't remove your credit card from Stripe. You can only update it or switch to a new card.
