You can select another image from our catalog or upload your own image in the 'Menu - Change appearance' dialog on the 'Event Image' tab. To be able to do this, you need to open the website as the host or co-host.
To open the event website as the host you need to either:
- go to the 'My events' page (https://www.partylabz.com/account/myevents), locate your event and click on the 'Edit' button under the event's date/time and location information. When opening the page you may be asked for your email and then for an authorization code. If you are a co-host of the event to find the event you need to click on the filter button 'I am co-host' which is on the top of the page;
- find an email from noreply@partylabz.com related to your event (event creation confirmation, RSVP email notification, etc) and click on the green 'Open event page' button. Emails from PartyLabz may get into your Spam folder or if you are using Gmail then they also may get to your Updates folder.
