To add a co-host, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Add" menu item and select "Add a co-host."
  • Enter the co-host's name, email, and any other required information.

Alternatively, you can promote an existing guest to be a co-host using the following steps:

  • Locate the guest you want to make a co-host and click on the "Edit" icon.
  • In the guest editing options, select "This guest is also a co-host of the event and has all the rights as the host."
  • Save the changes to confirm the promotion.

When a co-host accesses the event website for the first time, they will receive an authorization code via email to verify their access through their personal link. It's essential to advise them to check their Spam folder if they do not find the email in their inbox. This extra step ensures added security and helps prevent any unintended access to the event website.

As a co-host, the individual will have the same event management rights as the host, except they won't be able to remove the event website.

At this moment, any co-hosts will be displayed in the guest list along with other attendees. This way, it's easy to identify who is also acting as a co-host during the event. It helps in maintaining transparency and provides clear visibility of all participants' roles.
