PartyLabz provides the following ways to invite guests to the event and collect RSVPs:

  1. By sending the event public link to your guests in any way you want (via Facebook, Twitter, printing URL on paper invitations, just email from your account, etc) so they can register to the event by themselves. In the case, there is no need to add guests to the list as they will add their names and emails during the RSVP process;
  2. By adding guests to the event guest list and then sending email invitations via PartyLabz. Please note that in some cases an email invitation sent via the service can get into the 'Spam' folder of recipients;
  3. By adding guests to the event guest list and then sending to each guest his individual link from the host email account; It works when there are not many guests to invite;
  4. By adding guests phone numbers (in the international format like +12191234567) to the event guest list and then texting invitations via PartyLabz;
  5. By sending PartyLabz's shared toll-free phone number +1 855 981 0505 to your guests in any way you want. Guests can call or text to the number to RSVP. Along with invitation you need to tell your guests event code and instructions on how to send a text message. See below.

Ways #3 and #4 work only in a paid package and for US/Canada phone numbers only. You can find our prices on the page: https://www.partylabz.com/pricing.
